Formulation possible
The secretary told her boss that Dr Jones would call back the following week, that Mrs Jenner had spots everywhere and that she asked if she had to / must / should continue the treatment. She added that the haematology lab said that the results would not be ready before the following day and that Mr Walker had cancelled his appointment. She finally said that his son was going to a friend’s that night after school.
